Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk64 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk64 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
pk64 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or SMS. Any communication purportedly from pk64 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk64 support immediately.
You are advised to enable two-factor authentication on your pk64 account, available through account settings. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify pk64 support immediately via live chat. pk64 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receipt of such notification.
A pk64 account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pk64 will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable dormancy fee will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis following the notification period. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

pk64's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.
pk64 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. pk64 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably possible.
You may close your pk64 account at any time by contacting pk64 support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pk64 will process any remaining withdrawable balance in your account within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the Player's request.
